The Buffalo Steak House is a chain of five restaurants scattered throughout Phuket Island and is the only International Steakhouse chain in Phuket. Steaks in Phuket are hit or miss despite where you go to eat. Buffalo Steak House tends to serve up more good steaks then bad, but don’t be surprised if your steak isn’t as tender as you’d like.

The price for food at the Buffalo Steak House chain is a bit pricey for the area, but is about typical for what you would expect to pay in a western steakhouse. When ordering a steak, expect to pay at least 700 baht, but that includes a potato dish as well as a trip to the salad bar. The price of beer is 100 baht for a draft and 110 for a bottle of local beer.

The staff in general are helpful and polite. The atmosphere resembles a western steakhouse, which is what they were going for. All in all, it is not a bad place to eat if you have the money.
